At the foundation of every meal is the use of fresh, organic ingredients harvested daily in Bedugul on-site certified organic farm. Acting as an endless source of inspiration, the fruits, vegetables and herbs that shape our daily menu is grown under the collaboration of our Chef and Local family farm. Those in the weeklong program will also enjoy a tour of the familly certified organic garden to learn the art of cultivating organically grown produce and enjoy a few tasty samples along the way.
