STRENGHT & CONDITIONING

Clients are coached through various movements that help increase their fitness in a variety of domains such as cardio vascular endurance, strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. Pronoia provides a highly personalized training regimen for all crossfit levels. Our guests typically increase lean muscle and decrease body fat through varied and challenging workouts. Each activity is designed and instructed by an expert coach who will continuously motivate you to reach your goals.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Training is great. Yet often there’s a wall that a lot of people hit after a few years. Sooner or later most athletes are faced with either a lack of motivation to train, plateaus, or in the worst cases, overuse injuries.

Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
